- vanilinio cukraus – 10 g;
- raugas – 10 g;
- cinamono – 1 šaukštelis;
- druskos – žiupsnelis.
Glajui skirti ingredientai:
- Kreminis sūris – 200 g;
- cukraus pudros – 90 g;
- vanilinio cukraus – 10 g.
Morkų pyrago paruošimas:
Morkas sutarkuokite stambia tarka, giliame dubenyje sumaišykite kiaušinius su vaniliniu ir klasikiniu cukrumi, druska. Į kiaušinių masę supilkite augalinį aliejų, išmaišykite
. Miltus sumaišykite su kepimo milteliais ir cinamonu, persijokite į kiaušinių masę, išminkykite tirštą tešlą. Į tešlą sudėkite tarkuotas morkas ir iš anksto susmulkintus graikinius riešutus bei sultenes
. Sumaišykite visus tešlos komponentus, sudėkite į pergamentu išklotą kepimo formą.
Pyragą kepkite 40-45 min. 180 laipsnių temperatūroje.

nuimkite nuo viršaus ir sutrupinkite į trupinius. Glajui kreminį sūrį sumaišykite su cukraus pudra ir vaniliniu cukrumi.
Glajų užtepame ant pyrago viršaus, apipilame trupiniais.
